Founded in Los Angeles in 1994, Nuevo Amanecer Latino Children’s Services (NALCS) provides bilingual (English and Spanish), family-based treatment and child welfare services. We are dedicated to supporting children who have experienced developmental challenges, abuse, neglect, or abandonment, especially within Latino communities in Southern California. Guided by integrity, respect, and compassion, our team partners with families, foster parents, and community organizations to create change. Accredited by the Council on Accreditation (COA) since 2004, NALCS continues to uphold the highest standards of care and excellence.
